I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?

Just send your item back to us and request the correct size and we will get it out right after we receive the return. Please be sure to contact us prior to returning your item at: rhonda@blazedigitalbrands.com.

My shirt isn’t on the website anymore?

In the case we don’t have it, we will exchange it for any White Hat Apparel shirt of your choice of equal or lesser value.

Can I get a refund?

White Hat Apparel will accept returns of any unworn/unwashed clothing by mail for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if returned within 30 days of purchase.

How do I know you received my return?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

How do I know the refund is approved?

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days.

Who pays for the shipping on returns?

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
